The PIO manages communication between the City and the public. Daily duties include preparing press releases, updating the City website and social media, coordinating media requests, and ensuring residents have timely information on city programs, events, and emergency situations. The PIO also develops communication strategies to keep the community informed and engaged.

TV4 is a government‐access channel under the city’s Public Information Division that broadcasts city council and commission meetings.
It also produces short videos about city projects and events, and documents important local happenings.
