Our office is located inside City Hall at 2355 Trane Road, and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Ways to Pay Your Utility Bill
We offer six convenient payment options:
Auto-Pay
Sign up for automatic payments at

You can enroll in Auto-Pay after you receive your first invoice.
Online
Pay your bill securely online.
You can use your existing login credentials from EPCOR if you had an online account. You don't need to create a new account.

Billing, Late Fees, and Disconnection Policy
· Bills are due 20 days after the billing date.
· Payments must be received (not just postmarked) by the due date.
· Make checks or money orders payable to: City of Bullhead
If payment is not received on time:
· The account becomes delinquent the following day.
· A 1.5% delinquency fee is applied.
· A delinquent notice is mailed.
· If unpaid by the notice date, water/sewer service may be disconnected.
· A $40 reconnection fee is charged if disconnected.
To restore service:
· Pay the full balance plus the reconnection fee.
· Payments must be received by 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday for same-day reconnection. If you make the payment online, you must call Customer Service before 5:00 p.m. for same day reconnection.
· Otherwise, service will resume the next business day.
