Bullhead City Municipal Court – Payment Policy

The Bullhead City Municipal Court accepts several payment methods for fines and fees. Please review the options below before making your payment.

Accepted Payment Methods:

In Person

• Credit or Debit Card
  • The cardholder must be present. 
  • The name on the card must match a valid photo ID.
  • A 2.5% transaction fee applies (minimum $2.00).
  • Fees are paid directly to Point and Pay, a third-party vendor contracted by the City.
• Cash
• Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, or Business Check
• Money Order
• Bank-Issued Bill Pay Checks
  (Checks generated by a financial institution through online bill pay services.)

Online

• Credit or Debit Card: Pay at azcourtpay.com

PayNearMe

In some instances, payments may be made at participating retail locations using the PayNearMe system

PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

You will receive a receipt for every in-person payment. Keep this receipt as proof of payment.

If any payment is dishonored by the issuing bank, that method will no longer be accepted for your account.
