Probation

You may be sentenced to probation when you plead guilty to or are found guilty of a crime.  The Bullhead City Municipal Court does NOT have supervised probation.  The terms of your probation require you to remain law abiding, keep the court current with your address and other contact information, and comply with all sentencing requirements.

In some cases, you may request that your probation be terminated early.  Generally, at least half of the probation time must run, and ALL sentencing requirements must be met.  This includes all fines and fees paid in full.  Should you meet these requirements and wish to request early termination, you must complete the Application To Terminate Probation Early and submit it with the court in person, by mail, or email.
