Warrants

The Bullhead City Municipal Court issues different types of warrants. How you resolve your warrant depends on the reason it was issued.

Failure to Pay Fines

If your warrant was issued only for failure to pay fines, you may have it quashed (canceled) by paying the fines in full.

Other Warrants

For all other warrants, you must appear before a judge.

Appearance Options:

• In Person: During business hours at the Court.
• Remote Appearance: A Zoom appearance must be requested in writing and approved by the judge. 

To request a Zoom appearance:

Complete a Motion for Remote Appearance form.

Submit the form with an original signature or include a copy of your photo ID to:
