Shaping Bullhead City's Future—Together
General Plan Update (2026)
The City of Bullhead City is updating its General Plan—our community’s long-range vision for growth, development, and quality of life over the next 10 years.
This process is guided by a Public Participation Plan adopted by the City Council to ensure residents, businesses, and stakeholders have meaningful opportunities to provide input every step of the way.
What is the General Plan
The General Plan is the City’s primary policy document that guides decisions related to:
-
Land use and development
-
Transportation and infrastructure
-
Parks, recreation, and open space
-
Economic development
-
Housing and community services
-
Environmental resources
It serves as a blueprint for how Bullhead City will grow and evolve while maintaining the community’s character and quality of life.
