Water / Sewer Payments
The City of Bullhead City Utilities Department manages the community’s sewer system and most of its water services. To learn more, visit the Utilities page.
You can make secure online payments through our online payment system.
If you previously had an EPCOR account, your existing login information will continue to work. You do not need to create a new account

Bullhead City Utilities is proud to provide reliable water and wastewater services to our community.
Our office is located inside City Hall at 2355 Trane Road, and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

· Bills are due 20 days after the billing date.
· Payments must be received (not just postmarked) by the due date.
· Make checks or money orders payable to: City of Bullhead
If payment is not received on time:
· The account becomes delinquent the following day.
· A 1.5% delinquency fee is applied.
· A delinquent notice is mailed.
· If unpaid by the notice date, water/sewer service may be disconnected.
· A $40 reconnection fee is charged if disconnected.
To restore service:
· Pay the full balance plus the reconnection fee.
· Payments must be received by 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday for same-day reconnection. If you make the payment online, you must call Customer Service before 5:00 p.m. for same day reconnection.
· Otherwise, service will resume the next business day.
