The Senior Enrichment Center is a welcoming place for Bullhead City’s 50+ active adult community. Seniors can connect with others, stay active, enjoy games, and find information on local senior resources.

Nutrition

The Senior Nutrition program is offered at the Senior Enrichment Center.

Breakfast: Light breakfast items and coffee are available when donations allow. Served Monday–Friday, 8:00–10:30 a.m.
Lunch: Nutritious congregate meals are served Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. A $3.00 donation is requested per meal.
Meals on Wheels: If you cannot attend in person, home delivery is available. Call 800-782-1886 and leave your name, phone number, and interest in Bullhead City Meals on Wheels to begin the qualification process.

Transportation

Senior Transportation Program is not currently available due to lack of volunteers; however, the City of Bullhead City’s transit services make it easy and affordable to get around!

The Bullhead Area Transit System (BATS) operates fixed-route and demand-response bus service with 72 stops throughout the city, plus hourly weekday service for shopping, work, recreation and medical appointments. Fares are very reasonable — just $1.00 one-way or an all-day pass for $4.00 — and there are discounts for seniors and students.

For those who are unable to use the regular bus system, the BATS Paratransit Program offers accessible, door-to-door transportation throughout the community. This service ensures that everyone, regardless of mobility challenges, can maintain independence and access essential destinations such as medical facilities, shopping areas, and community centers. To apply:

Download the Dial-A-Ride Application or pick one up at Bullhead City Hall
Provide documentation from a licensed medical professional confirming your mobility limitation and explaining how it prevents you from using the fixed-route bus system. Feel free to use the medical verification form included in the Dial-A-Ride application for this requirement.

Veteran's Benefits

A Veterans Benefit Counselor can meet with you at the Center to answer questions and help file benefit forms at no cost. Call 602-535-1215 and ask to schedule at the Senior Enrichment Center in Bullhead City.

Angel's Essential Area

If you are a senior in need of essential items, stop by Tuesdays - Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Types of items available include wheelchairs, walkers, adult briefs, and many other senior essentials.

Donation Drop-Off:

We accept donations of essential items for seniors and re-gift them to those in need. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
