Title VI Civil Rights and Non-Discrimination Policy 

The City of Bullhead City Public Transportation programs follows all federal and state laws to ensure equal access and non-discrimination in every program and activity we operate. 

Our Commitment

No person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any City of Bullhead City/Public Transportation Programs sponsored program or activity.

Title VI states

We apply this standard to all activities, regardless of funding source. We: 

  • Work to prevent discrimination in the impact of our programs, policies, and activities on minority and low-income communities
  • Take reasonable steps to provide meaningful access for individuals with limited English proficiency
  • Ensure all subrecipients of federal funds comply with Title VI requirements 

The Human Services & Transit Director serves as the City’s Title VI Program Coordinator and oversees all FTA Title VI requirements.
