Paratransit (Dial-A-Ride)
The Bullhead Area Transit System (BATS) offers shared-ride paratransit service for passengers who cannot use the fixed-route bus system because of a disability or mobility limitation.
Fare: $2.00 or 2 coupons each way
Reservations: Schedule at least 1 day in advance
Eligibility: Pre-approved passengers only
Approved Paratransit Passengers can schedule rides for the next day or up to two weeks in advance. For the best service, call during business hours and speak directly to a dispatcher at (928) 704-2287.
Reservation Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
You can also leave a voicemail request outside these hours. When you call, please provide:
- Name and phone number
- Pickup time and location
- Destination address
- Return trip time and location (if needed)
- Whether you will travel with a personal care assistant.

Be ready to board the van anytime within a 30-minute arrival window. Passengers with repeated “no-shows” or late cancellations may face a temporary suspension of service. See the passenger guide or adopted plan for more details.
