Bullhead City TV4 – Public Service Announcements

TV4 is Bullhead City’s Government Information Channel, established under the Federal Cable Communications Act of 1984 to share government-related information. In addition, TV4 provides a digital “billboard” for public service announcements (PSAs) about nonprofit community events and programs.

Submit a PSA to TV4

To have your PSA placed on the TV4 Billboard, complete and submit the Online PSA Request Form.

Deadlines and Requirements

• Submit announcements at least 14 days before the event.

• Messages will be posted as soon as possible (allow at least 1 week).

• PSAs must be brief and concise.

• TV4 staff may edit for space and clarity.

• Messages will air for a maximum of six (6) months.

1. Contact Information

• Name

• Position within organization

• Organization name

• Phone number

• Email address

2. Type of PSA

• Church service hours

• Local special event (nonprofit only)

• Nonprofit location, business hours, and services

• General public service message (e.g., “Don’t drink and drive”)

• Other (explain)

3. Event or Message Details

• Name of PSA (event, organization, or message)

• Event/program dates and times

• Event/program location and address

• Cost or fees (enter N/A or Free if none)

• Public contact name, phone, and email

• Website and social media links

4. Additional Information

• Any extra details about your PSA

• Flyers or graphics email tv4@bullheadcityaz.gov and reference your PSA name
