If you previously had an EPCOR account, your existing login information will continue to work—you do not need to create a new account.

You can enroll in Auto-Pay after receiving your first invoice from Bullhead City Utilities. Visit the myaccount.bullheadcity.com to sign up.

To pay your water bill over the phone, please call (928) 763-0166. Our team is ready to assist you with quick and secure payment.

If you prefer to pay your utility bill by mail, you can send your payment directly to the City. Please include your account information to ensure proper processing. Payments can be mailed to:
