    No Deadline to Apply for Utilities Assistance Program

    The UADP provides qualifying residents with up to $20 off their monthly utility bills. Customers may receive $10 per qualifying category — low-income households, disabled veterans, or active-duty military members — up to a maximum discount of $20 per month.

    It’s hard to believe it’s already been a month since the launch of 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆𝗔𝗭.𝗴𝗼𝘃. Since then, residents have been exploring a brand-new way to find City services, pay bills, apply for permits, and stay connected with their local government.

  • Caddisfly Forum - 10/30/25
    Bullhead City Pest Abatement will hold a caddisfly community forum on October 30, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bullhead City Council Chambers located at 1255 Marina Blvd. Forum topics will include biology and ecology of net-spinning caddisflies and current nuisance caddisfly abatement projects.
  • City Council Candidate Nomination Packets now available

    The City of Bullhead City will hold a Primary Election on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, for the purpose of electing two (2) Council Members and one (1) Mayor to fill four-year terms, and one (1) two-year Council Member term. A General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to fill any elected offices that remain unfilled after the Primary Election.

  • City of Bullhead City Utilities Department Hosting Town Hall Meetings on Upcoming Rate Increases

    The City of Bullhead City Utilities Department will host a series of public town hall meetings to provide information about the upcoming water and sewer rate increases that take effect January 1, 2026.

    The new rates were approved by the Bullhead City Council on September 16, following two public hearings. The meetings will give residents the opportunity to learn more about the changes, ask questions, and better understand their utility bills before the new rates go into effect.

  • Bullhead City Clean-Up Day

    The City of Bullhead City, in partnership with Mohave County, the Bullhead City Fire Department, Republic Services and Nevada State Recycling, will host a community clean-up and recycling event on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

    Mohave County and the Bullhead City Fire Department will again operate the household hazardous waste drop-off in the Arizona Motor Vehicle Division parking lot on Alonas Way. At the same time, the City of Bullhead City will host electronic waste recycling and bulky item drop-off in the parking lot of the Bullhead City Council Chambers at 1255 Marina Blvd.

    The twice annual event provides residents with an opportunity to properly dispose of hazardous materials, unwanted electronics and large household items that are not accepted through curbside service.
