The City of Bullhead City is proud to host a variety of special events throughout the year, bringing our community together to celebrate, connect, and enjoy seasonal activities. You can explore details about each event below.
We host five Farmers Markets each year in October, November, January, February, and March. Each market features a unique theme with fun activities and more than 80 vendors offering local goods, food, and crafts.
Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.

Paul Walsh Veterans Day Parade
We host The Paul Walsh Veterans Day Parade each year in November. it begins near Riverview Mall and proceeds down Miracle Mile. The parade features floats, marching bands, car clubs, and veterans’ groups, with awards for the most patriotic entries. It was renamed to honor Paul Walsh, a Korean War veteran who helped establish the parade.

Christmas-themed celebration held every December at the Anderson AutoGroup Fieldhouse in Bullhead City. The event transforms the Fieldhouse into a festive holiday setting with décor and seasonal music. Families can enjoy bounce houses, play areas, rides, and live entertainment, along with food vendors offering holiday treats. Santa makes special appearances for photos and fun activities, making a favorite annual tradition for the community.

The Holiday Shootout is an annual high school basketball tournament in Bullhead City, held each December at Mohave High School. The event brings together teams from across Arizona and neighboring states to compete in multi-day matchups. It showcases local talent, fosters school spirit, and provides a fun, competitive atmosphere for athletes, families, and the community.

The Bullhead Senior Games, held each April, is a multi-sport event that brings together adults to compete in a variety of activities for the chance to win gold, silver, and bronze medals. Designed to promote fitness, fun, and community spirit, the games celebrate active living and friendly competition in Bullhead City.

Bullhead City’s Summer Camp, held each year from late May through the end of June at the Anderson AutoGroup Fieldhouse, offers kids a fun and active way to spend their summer. The camp features sports, arts and crafts, science projects, media activities, and daily games, all designed to promote learning, creativity, and friendship. With different themed weeks and a variety of engaging activities, the program provides a safe and exciting environment for children to enjoy their summer break.

The Bullhead City Splash Bash is an annual summer event held at Ken Fovargue Park, every July. This family-friendly celebration features giant water slides, open swim, sprinkler areas, lawn games, and food trucks, along with complimentary snacks while supplies last. The event culminates in a grand finale water balloon fight, offering a fun and exciting way for families to cool off and enjoy the summer.
