Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports

Each year, the City of Bullhead City prepares an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) in accordance with standards set by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).

The ACFR provides a complete overview of the City’s financial condition, including:

·         Fund balances

·         Investments

·         Debt service obligations

The report is independently audited and organized into three sections:

1.      Introductory – general information about the City

2.      Financial – audited financial statements and notes

3.      Statistical – historical data and trends

Each ACFR reflects one fiscal year, running from July 1 to June 30.
