Welcome to the Office of the City Manager. I’m proud to have served Bullhead City since 2010.
Under our Council-Manager form of government, I serve as the Chief Administrative Officer, appointed by and reporting directly to the Mayor and City Council. My role includes overseeing daily operations, aligning city services with community needs, and supporting the Council’s goals and priorities.
