The City Clerk’s Office helps keep Bullhead City’s government open, organized, and working for the public. We take care of official records, share information with the community, and make sure elections are fair and follow the law.

What We Do

Signing and verifying City documents
Publishing legal notices and meeting updates
Giving oaths for official business
Responding to public records requests
Handling liquor license applications
Updating the Bullhead City Municipal Code
Filing documents with other government agencies
Managing how records are stored and destroyed

The Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (ADLLC) has revised and updated its application forms. In order to submit the most current application form for your liquor license, the City Clerk’s Department has provided links below to the ADLLC website where you will find the most current forms for your use. Please note the ADLLC will reject your applications if you submit them on outdated forms.

At top of the main page: hover over “Licensing,” then click on the applicable "License Type" to download the most current application forms.

Special Event Liquor License

The Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (ADLLC) has revised and updated its application forms. In order to submit the most current application form for your special event liquor license, the City Clerk’s Department has provided links below to the ADLLC website where you will find the most current forms for your use. Please note the ADLLC will reject your applications if you submit them on outdated forms.

Fees:

Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control: $25.00 per each day of event.

City of Bullhead City: $50.00 flat fee

Return completed form with payment to the City Clerk's Office.

Citizen Request to Place Item on a Council Agenda

Citizen requested agenda items will not be placed on the agenda until the City Manager has reviewed the request. The City Manager will either handle the issue himself or refer the issue to a staff member in order to allow staff the opportunity to resolve the matter before referring the matter to Council. Citizens may call the Council Members directly with their issues. (AR 1-12, No. 5)

All Backup Materials Must be Submitted Along with This Request Form.
