The City Clerk’s Office helps keep Bullhead City’s government open, organized, and working for the public. We take care of official records, share information with the community, and make sure elections are fair and follow the law.

What We Do

We’re responsible for:

  • Keeping official City records and the City Seal
  • Managing local elections following Arizona laws
  • Preparing agendas and writing meeting minutes
  • Signing and verifying City documents
  • Publishing legal notices and meeting updates
  • Giving oaths for official business
  • Responding to public records requests
  • Handling liquor license applications
  • Updating the Bullhead City Municipal Code
  • Filing documents with other government agencies
  • Managing how records are stored and destroyed

  • Bullhead Fire Station #1 – 1260 Hancock Road
  • Bullhead City Administration Complex – 1255 Marina Boulevard
