You may be eligible for the Defensive Driving Diversion Program if:
- Your citation is for a civil traffic moving violation.
- You do not want to contest your moving violation.
- You have not attended a Defensive Driving Course for a moving violation issued in Arizona within the past 12 months.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Holders — eligibility depends on the violation. Contact the Defensive Driving School for details.

How to Enroll:

You must complete the class and pay all fees at least 7 days before the court date listed on your citation.
If your citation is for A.R.S. § 28-645A3A, A.R.S. § 28-647, or if you are under 18 and charged with a first-time moving violation, the Arizona MVD may require you to attend Traffic Survival School (TSS).
